About Posture Werks
Posture Werks is the first health and wellness online concept store that specializes in overall posture and healthy living body products.
We are here to help improve your physical body health and wellness with a curated collection of body-wellness products that help address various posture and pain-related issues on our human body.
We believe in our product quality and aim to deliver great products and a personalized customer service to you. These 2 factors are our guiding principles and we will be around to address any concerns or issues you may have even after you have already purchased our products.
We focus a lot on product quality and on specific common problems that people are facing. We believe that our products will be beneficial to you and to anyone who may have any problems related to posture or body ache / pain issues.
Why not? Posture Werks can indeed help your posture by improve on its own. But a lot depends on your will and motivation to see through every obstacle too. We strongly encourage you to make it a point to develop a good habit cycle (either using one of our products regularly or to develop a certain behaviour like sitting upright) and putting in effort to ‘remind yourself’ of your posture or to soothe a certain area. We believe this can definitely help you in the long term.
Doing regular exercise will also help improve your blood circulation, muscle relieving and bone health, which will go a long way in helping your body too. A variety of positive interventions is always best! It just takes time and lots of motivation. We are here to help you achieve that!

Purchases and Products
For each Posture Werks product, we list its sizes and/or dimensions in their respective product pages. Please take a close look at the sizes / dimensions and determine the best possible size for you before ordering. 😊
Fret not! If you have a change of mind and would like to make changes to your order, please drop us an email at hello@posturewerks.com within 2 working days from your date of purchase and let us know your request. We will be attending to your request promptly.
Once your order has been processed and is already in transit or shipping or delivery, we regret to inform you that the order cannot be changed. 😕
We will be looking to expand our range of products targeting every part of our body, so that we can better serve all of you. We take every single body issue seriously, and are currently focusing on a few most common and problematic areas first. In time to come, we will expand to more problem areas and expand our offerings.

Exchanges and Returns
We are very confident that you will like our products! But if your item does not suit your use and is a different size or fit from your body, or due to some defects at the time of receiving your item, you may ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
